Do I need to be home when you are cleaning?
No. You don’t necessarily have to be home as we do our cleaning as long as you have provided us with details and instructions for the tasks you would like to be completed. However, if you feel more comfortable being at home while we clean, you are more than welcome to do so.
Will my service be performed by the same person every time?
No. We have a rotation of people who come in and work with our clients on their scheduled appointment days. You will always know when someone is coming, however and we will always communicate with you before a scheduled appointment.
What should I do to prepare my home for the cleaning?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when requesting an apppointment so we can properly plan our day and make sure someone is available for your request. We also ask that if possible, you leave essentials such as food in the fridge and the cleaner will take care of disposing of any garbage.
Do I have to pay for travel time if my home is outside of your service area?
No, we charge a standard fee per hour without any additional charges outside of our regular service areas. We understand that there are some homes that require more hands-on attention because of their size or condition so
